We focus on prevention: fixing small problems before they become expensive ones.
Waiting until a replacement surprises you is easy. Solving small problems early is safer and smarter. We also enjoy keeping you informed, and we'll help you choose modern roofing systems over outdated ones. Conklin Certified Platinum.
We're trained and authorized by Conklin to install their systems to manufacturer spec.
That training is also what keeps the warranties on those systems valid.
Our team brings 48 years of combined building experience.
Roofing is one part of that. Conklin, the manufacturer behind our systems, has been in the field since 1977, and its products now protect more than 2 billion square feet of roofing across America.
Conklin Certified Platinum, OSHA certified, and fully licensed and insured in Indiana.
Yes, both. Listen to "All the Layers of Protection" on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, read our Blog, or explore BigRoofLibrary.com in Indiana.

Not sure which fits your roof? Start with a free evaluation, and we'll walk you through your options.
Mainly PVC (FLEXION vinyl) and seamless acrylic or urethane coatings.
We also foam roofs when it fits. We generally recommend these over older systems like TPO, EPDM rubber, and silicone, and we lay out every option clearly so you can choose what's best for your people and property.
See Compare Systems to see commercial roof systems side by side comparisons to help you decide.
Yes. Call (219) 529 1995, and our materials can be installed safely even in cold weather.
Many emergencies can be prevented with regular maintenance, so we're always happy to help you plan ahead too.
Yes.
Debris and biological growth speed up wear and can void warranties. Acid rain and chemicals also break roofs down, so regular cleaning matters.
Yes, every evaluation is free and no obligation.
Every evaluation includes:
We document the whole roof, test what's under the surface, and give you a plain language report.
Usually 30 to 60 minutes, depending on roof size.
Text or call (219) 529 1995. We respond as soon as possible.
Yes. Call or email us to order, but self installed materials only carry the manufacturer's material warranty.
That covers replacement of material that was defective when it left the factory, but not labor or leaks. For roofs over 2,000 square feet, active leaks, or anything you're unsure about, call us before you buy. A short conversation can save you a lot of trouble later.
Understanding commercial roofing costs, proposals, and financing.
It depends on the damage, the size, and the materials, and we itemize everything.
One thing we know for sure: emergency repairs cost about 5x more than planned maintenance.
See general price ranges at RoofServiceMenu.com. A cheap price today doesn't mean a low cost of ownership.
We can give a ballpark from a Google Earth view, and exact numbers after an evaluation.
For accurate pricing, a pro checks every layer, maps moisture, and sees whether a liquid coating is possible instead.
YouReapWhatYouCheap.com explains why cutting corners costs more later.
Yes. We work with multiple lenders for qualified projects.
The most popular option is the SBA 504 loan from the Small Business Administration, typically 10% down over 10 years.
See our Financing page for details.
Scope, materials, timeline, warranty details, and itemized pricing.
We usually present several options, such as patch, coating, overlay, or full replacement.
What's covered, what voids coverage, and how to stay protected.
Three layers: a material warranty from Conklin, a craftsmanship warranty from Pristine, and an optional labor warranty upgrade.
All coverage follows the written warranty documents issued with your project. See our Warranty page, or YourWarrantySaysWhat.com for the loopholes to watch for.
Missing maintenance records, ponding water, unauthorized repairs, and late damage reports.
Good documentation protects you.
Less than 0.5%.
Proper installation plus regular maintenance makes material failures extremely rare.
Those stay with the owner. We document the roof's condition before any work begins.
We're responsible for the work we perform, from the roof deck up, as stated in your Service Agreement. Before we start, we photograph and video the entire roof, so everyone has the same record. Wet insulation, soft decking, or drainage problems that were already there, or hidden ones we find along the way, remain the owner's decision to fix. It's simply about having the same facts, so any questions get settled quickly.
From evaluation to project completion and what to expect.
Free evaluation, options with pricing, a signed agreement, then the work, usually done in 3 to 14 days.
We use electric tools to keep noise down and avoid interrupting your business.
3 to 14 days, depending on size, weather, and complexity.
We keep you updated throughout.
Very little. Most buildings stay fully open.
For maintenance and small repairs, you likely won't notice us. We just need access to water and electricity. For larger projects, we plan logistics with you upfront.
An evaluation tells you. We look at condition, moisture, and repair history, not just age.
Restoration can often add 20 years to roofs that others say need replacing.
Not necessarily.
A well maintained 25 year old roof can outlast a neglected 10 year old one. A fresh coating may be all it needs.
